4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We currently ship within the U.S.

• Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, location, and selected method.

• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping info.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Include your order number and photos of the issue.

• We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Custom, personalized, or limited seasonal items are final sale.
